New Donating Criteria

Hello guys.
After our latest incident with TheMightyPlaya, I have decided that everyone that donates will have to write in the payment description "I have recived the services that I wanted, I will not reverse/recharge the money back to my account".
In this way it will be safe.
If someone donates without doing this, I will simply not rank him up and send the money back to him.
