Google Docs (Documents)

If we set this it it will be like my ban/mute/kick check idea, we can make a spread sheet and then share it with all of the staff members so we know who kicked who and muted who and banned who.

Absolutely brilliant idea.I got free time tommorow so I will work on the servers and i will definately try and add that!

I will help also because i got free time also.

Also we can set it up to were it can just be docs or it can have email with it. So we don't have to give the email we have personally. we can add the emails in the signature area.

If you decide on doing it then I will make a video on how to share things with other players

There might be where you have to set something different up for the email so you don't have to do that
