Some people where asking if they could use certain items, I told them that if they could make them fairly, fair enough. Just checking I was right about this.

Fount when it comes to tekkit I know this stuff.
He had used red matter tools such as catalyst or red matter pickaxe
Its really comon in tekkit so thats why you make the spawn out of reinforced concrete.
Magic items can't blow up reinforced concrete.

At no point did I say it was a particular tekkit item, I'm saying the person would have had to have hacked in order to build in the safe zone.

Look, I just tested what you said, you cant build in a safezone; it doesn't matter what item you have, if you don't have permission you can't build in a safezone. End of

I have tested what you said and for the final time, it doesn't matter what tool you have, you can't build in the safezone unless you are an op!
