I can help you.

Open the start menu, type in "run">Open Run>type in %appdata%>you will find .minecraft>open the file>go to"saves"> tadaaaa

Well the folder won't go as one and I don't think my friend who will test it has 7-zip or winzip so zipping the folder is out of the question

You don't need Winzip or 7-zip to unzip files. You need one of these two programs to zip them.
