More ranks

Ranks we have can be like retired-admin, retired-mod, retired-anti-greifer
They can have the commands where the can kick people and other commands like that.


There is a plugin that people can do /apply
I think that is it, but it will let people rank themselves up after so many hours of play time and this is a way to let people be rewarded for playing so long on the server.
I will try to find the plugin.

I agree with everything but the names of the ranks. Other then that I like the concept very much

You could always bring back VIP or something like that, without the paying aspect might attract some people on to forums.

I think if a staff members does not want to be part of staff we can make them a former/retried staff and it could have different names other than that.

Maybe /feed or smth just a small set of commands to reward forum activness
