Donation questions

I want to donate, but i need to know a few things before i do
First question: how do i donate
second question: is disguise craft included in platinum donator?
Third Question: How do you use disguise craft, feed myself, and enchant?
After these questions are answered and the spawn point is fixed (see my other post) i will probably donate
I also need to know if this is reliable, like when i voted a didn't get the game money
If you want me to donate please respond soon

C. Enchant is right now (I think) off the table to do it is to easily abused
