more staff and better staff

i sugest radu gets more staff to handl the server and i think ozone shold be mod or admin he works more then most of ur staff radu i also think ur staff should be accesed to help all more people would recomend the server if you did

I'm on several hours a day (not nine hours because that's a whole school day and three hours more), I do try my best even though I screw up sometimes, like with the poll and accidentally burning drmaloufs house. But the fact of the matter is, I do all my jobs as admin and I help people and I get rid of the people who break the rules and spoil it for others. The fact that I make mistakes does not make me a bad admin, the same goes for pretty much all the staff. I'm not perfect but the fact that you use this to say we're bad staff and to subtly say that you need anti grief, frankly pisses me off.

I do the best I can
And I don't care what people think about me
I draw a lot too

Basically you can't say that you wouldn't make mistakes and that you would be better then most of the staff.

Trust me I know when we need more staff.No need for you to tell me.
