Anti-Griefers don't have access to /jail (username) (cell)
But access to /ban (username) (reason)
/kick (username)
and
/mute (username)
Can you fix this, please, or atleast tell why I can't jail the asbos of the server? .-.

I would image that it's because the server's undergone a huge update for 1.3.
