Hundreds of people have came to the server from when I have started I am there to aid them and they register but I dont have to ability to change their abilities so they can build. And now they are all leaving the server...

Well earlier Radu was working on creative ranks so nor one but ops could build, but not all of them registered by the sounds of it, so they wouldn't have been allowed to get registered until then.

Fount you can make them Members, untill then they must wait to be added.Sorry for this, but in this way we keep the server clean of hackers.

Yeah I try but when I do /manuadd player member , it says group not found?

You got to be in creative world, do /spawn or go in the portal in survival world and it will teleport you there.

Do then /manpromote player member

It says group not found cause in survival, ranks are "Default" > "Builder" and in Creative "Default" "Member"
