Registered, can't build in Creative?... Empty Registered, can't build in Creative?...

When i spawned, the signs said go to runecraft.org, so I did.
I registered & everything, and then i went back to minecraft. The admins said something like "Ranks haven't been established yet, so you can't build".
I am quite angry, because the server is very misinformant and claims that I'll be able to build when I can't. I really want to build on this server....
