Announcement for all staffs

Hi there dear staffs.
We have added a new "Unwritten" rule to the server.
You won't find it in the "Rules" part.
Basically this is how it sounds.
When you ban someone, you gotta write something like this:
/ban "nick" "Date/Reason/NameOfStaffthatbannedhim"
Just so that people know why and by who they were banned.
And now many of you might say "I can ban someone and say that it wasn't me"
I can check who banned who and all the logs so don't bother.
Not respecting this new rule will lead to an demotion.
