Border increase Empty Border increase

I was just wondering if we could increase the borders slightly for building space. Just a thought so I don't mind if it doesn't increase. I know it's small border to stop griefers but loads of people would be happy to try to stop griefers if there was a slight increase.

I already expanded it a bit , oh well ok I will expand it twice as it was firstly.
