Hey Guys!
TheMightyPlaya, Here.

I feel like there should be a Spawn-Town of some sort, I feel like it'll be more interesting-ish, for players, who don't want to make a faction, or make one they could buy a plot, e.g. small - 500$, medium - 1000$, Large - 1500$

Or Something like that

You could use the plugin Residence with this plugin players can protect their own home without having to bother the admin to do it.
