What if we actually built a castle sort of thing, which we then opened to the public? Then had a floor for a shop, which would sell all of the items to the new players?

Yeah, that might be a good move.
Then, like, just give them 10x10 plots for them to build in, but have someone there to help out with their problems and stuff, and to help them with what they need.

Norse Villages are awesome as hell, though. And we've built like 6 by now xD
