Hunter has done it......... 
He has created a server on World painter and ATM it is loading i saw a preview and it looks amazing. Tell Hunter congrats it took a long and hard 5 HOURS to create, it is still going throught the final stages ATM i am excited. Now we shall wait on Radu's opinion

I'm almost done making it, world painter isn't the best thing.. but the world is 9,864 x 9,864. I couldn't find a map or seed so I made this, a 100% untouched world with a set spawn point and a flat lands so Radu can copy/paste the spawn city to it.
