Big investment.

Hello guys!

Today noticing the lag that has occoured on our server, I have decided to upgrade the server.

Many of you wonder why i did upgrade the slots to 200, its because i cant upgrade the procesor & ram without upgrading the slots.Thats the Nitrado rule.

And now, the server is pretty expensive, lets make it worth it!I hope you guys are atleast a bit reliefed and inform me if any lagg will occour.

Soon after you upgraded the slots, the server lagged out.

u get on and it doesnt lag then u lag and then the server closes :/ we r hving lots of probs this morning!

Are you guys sure this isn't more than lag? Maybe a glitch in the system. Even with lag and plug-in troubles, this has happened very often recently. Before late January, there were no such problems. Check if this is a bug or something else please. If it is just lag, maybe contact Nitrado and have them locate and fix the issue.

What Radu has done so far has cost him a lot of money. Hopefully this new RAM will fix the problem, but as Kryptic stated, the server has crashed again.

Perhaps it is the host computer. Radu this might be a ridiculous idea but have you ever tried running it off of your own computer? If you did, we wouldnt have these crashes, we could fix the problem from the source if it did happen, but the IP would change and you may not be familiar with the folders and such. this would be a big shange and would need a HUGE dedication of RAM but maybe it was what the server needs so think a bit on this one and dont jump to conclusions. Maybe wait a bit and contact the company and see if any other servers using them are having the same problem.

This is definitely more than just lag. There is something wrong. The server goes into a lag state then crashes every 5-10 min. this is not good.

If radu self hosts it. yes it would be cheaper but then we would not have as much slots

The server was fixed!

Nothing was wrong with bugs or anything. Not with the RAM. Nothing anyone of us could control.

I do not want to disclose all the details, but just for the record, the server was fixed.

No more crashes, or big lag spikes.

Sorry for the inconvenience guys, hopefully you can enjoy Runecraft like you used to once more!
