Cant get to sleep i think WAY too much and i think thats why

me 2...i always go 2 bed at like 11-12 cuz i think all the time about "her" and i cry and i just get sad and then i realize shes in a better place actually im crying right now :'(

yea i know how that feels...when i go 2 her house it upsets me...i hv a braclet anc a ring that was hers tho and i NEVER take it off cuz it means so much 2 me...i cant talk bout it much im literally crying right now...ur my therapist xD help me lol
