Sign Commands For Runecraft?

I see this Plug-In ALL the time, kinda wondering why we haven't got it.
Basically, it lets you put commands on signs and when you right click on the sign, it activates the command:
E.g. Sign: /spawn
Sign: /warp
Etc. etc.
It'd also be an advantage for OPs and another reason to donate, 'cause they could link their faction builds and have hospitals with /heal signs.
