Server Restarts

Dear Radu,

I know the server is scheduled to restart every 2 hours, but I was playing today and there was so much lag, I could not build my house. Since there was so much lag, I and a few others, asked Akram and Hunter to restart the server. Akram did not know how(teach him please), and I don't even know where Hunter was. Because of today's incident, can you change the server to restart every hour instead of every two hours. This might cut down on these massive lag bytes.

You can't restart the server with in the server. YoU have to stop the server and then reopen it from the outside of the server
